Kerala Motor Vehicle Department - Ready Reckoner
One who is a proud owner of a Vehicle need not now scratch his/her head for want of any updation about the Law of the land with regard to Motor Vehicles. He need not make any call to any RTO Agent for the purpose. State Govt has displayed all details on internet widely covering and guiding vehicle registration, fancy booking, vehicle identification, various Forms, Fees fixed for each activity, contact numbers of RTOs, applications etc etc. One can just consider the contents as a Ready Reckoner for all purposes.
