Varikatt Heritage Villa is located in the heart of the city of Thoruvananthpuram in the state of Kerala. This 150 year old Indo-Saracenic style building has been tastefully renovated first in the colonial style and now combines both th old world charm and the practical modern conveniences.
The Varikatt villa has an area of 5000 sq ft and has 3 suites, 2 double rooms with a generous verandah and a lush green garden these provide a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city life around the city center. The Villa also has Ayurvedic spa, a badminton court and support for other indoor activities.
These well manicured and an eco friendly garden is a peaceful retreat from the daily humdrum of the city life You can also visit temples and Museums which are located nearby.You can also visit Zoological gardens and the fair trade craft market.
Accomodation Facilities at Varikatt Heritage Villa
There are 2 suites, spacious and well equipped with antique rosewood furniture king sized bed dressers as well as an attached study and a dressing room. These suites have attached bathrooms with modern fittings, Internet facilities, cable TV and a refrigerator. Extra beds are available on request.
There is 1 double bed room with attached bathroom along with a wifi connection and cable TV.

The varikatt villa serves the best of Kerala cuisine along with other delicacies from Tamilnad, karnataka, Maharashtrian, Gujarati, Moghlai Chinese and continental as well.
How to Reach Varikatt Heritage Villa
As soon as you reach the Thiruvananthpuram airport or the railway station you can get hired vehicles , or bus to reach the place. If you can inform the hosts earlier of your arrival they will arrange for pick up.
The Heritage Villa is located adjacent to the Government Secretariat on M G Road of the city of Thiruvaannthapuram. You can see a road leading to a three road junction the Press Road, Punnen Road, and Cantonment Road. The Villa is located at that junction on the Punnen Road.
You can enter as soon as you see an ornamental gate with varikatt name written on it.
