Federal Institute of Science And Technology (FISAT) is a private self financial engineering college. This college is run by the Federal Bank Officers` Association Educational Society (FBOAES). With a motto of "Focus on excellence", FISAT was established in the year 2002. With a short span of time the college is able to climb many heights with the efforts of the faculties and the students.The college received the ISO 9001:2000 certification in the year 2004 and is also ranked among the best 50 engineering colleges in India.
Courses in FISAT
The college provides courses in B.Tech with branches;Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering,Electronics and Instrumentation and Civil Engineering. The other two main courses offered by the college are MBA and MCA.
Infrastructures in FISAT
The college has modern technologies in all parts of the working. The main infrastructures provided by the college are Internet cafe, ATM, IT infrastructure, Central computing center, Language lab and Conveyance facilities. Students can have their games and sports in the college grounds. There is a fully furnished library working in the college.
Hostel facilities in FISAT;
Hostels are available for girls and boys in the college. The boys hostel can accommodate 300 students and the girls hostel can accommodate 400 students. The hostels are equipped with modern amenities and wardens are appointed by the college to each of these hostels. Mess facilities are available with the hostel itself.
