India Holidays Tours travel is owned by the Indian Holiday Private Limited and this company has been the number one tour operator in India since 1990. They have tour packages for travelling to any part of India that is from Jammu and Kashmir in the north to Kerala in the southern most part of India. This Indian Holiday tours and travel have been recognized by the Government of India.
Tour Packages to Kerala
They have several tour packages to Kerala like Backwater packages, Northern Kerala Splendour, Southern Kerala Splendour , Kerala Honeymoon tours, Spices of Kerala, Exotic Kerala package and many more. They have online bookings done as well connection with hotels in different places in Kerala.
Terms and Conditions
All the correspondence in respect of tours and travel , service bookings etc should be addressed to M/s Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd.
A part of the payment should be made in advance to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA - but definitely before the commencement of the tour / travel services.
Mode of payment
Overseas payments can be made using any of the following methods:-
1. By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details)
2. By Mail Authorization (AMEX, Visa & Master Card only)
3. By Online Payment Gateway system through Visa & Master Card .
4. By Debit Card verified by Visa.
Upon arrival in India, the payment can be made through currency notes or travelers cheque or through AMEX / Visa & Master Card. If the payment is by credit card then 3% bank charges will be levied.
All the payments should be clear and free of any witholding tax and deduction.
Bank Charges if any should be paid by the payer.
Cancellation / No show Policies of Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd
The letter should be given in writing if any of the programs get cancelled due to avoidable or unavoidable circumstances. Cancellation will be effective only from the date they receive the letter and the charges will be as follows.
* 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
* 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
* 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
* 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
* 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
In case of cancellation after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that they would be able to recover from the hoteliers they patronize. They would not bear any responsibility for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc.
Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In Timings: 1200 – 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment.
