Wild Side Villa is a private villa located by the side of the Periyar wildlife sanctuary. Periyar wild life Sanctuary has an area of 777 sq meters and is about 2000m above sea level. The Periyar wild life Sanctuary is home to many wild animals like Leopards, Elephants, antelopes, Deers, tigers and bisons etc.
Accommodation facilities at the Wild Side Villa Resort
There are two independent cottages which can accommodate two persons per room. There are 4 rooms in all and all the rooms come with attached bathroom with all the modern facilities as well as good views of the forest area.
The Villa comes with 2 bed rooms and a living room with attached bathrooms and modern facilities. This villa is ideal for families and groups. The Villa can accommodate 5 persons and they can have a private garden too.

Tariff rates for the Wild Side Villa
The rates differ in the season and in the off season periods.
For the season the rates for the villa will be Rs 2200 and the off season it will be Rs 1850.
For the double rooms /cottages the rates for the season will be Rs 1200 and for the off season it is Rs.900
Extra bed will cost Rs 250.
All the rates are inclusive of taxes
The villa and the rooms at the resort can accommodate totally about 14 persons at a time.

They have limited the number of guests to the resort to ensure the beauty and the charm of the place.
How to Reach Wild side villa
You have to travel for about 110 kilometers from the Kottayam Railway station and about 180 kilometers from the Kochi International airport. While traveling on the Kumily Thekkady Road, you will have to take deviation from the Ambadi Junction and drive through Mangal Devi temple Road past Hotel Taj Residency. You can see Wild Side Villa's gate on the road.
vagamon is another tourist destination which is near to the Periyar wild life sanctuary and the Wild side Villa. Vagamon is located at about 55 kilometers from the Villa.
