NIMS at Home is brought you by NIMS Hospital Thiruvananthapuram. This is designed to give regular periodical checkup to your dear ones at your own home.. NIMS provides superior home healthcare services at your door step. This health care programme includes services for those people with prolonged physical illness or disability. NIMS @ home programme having a core team of health professionals and provides 24-hour individualized care, nursing aides, emphasizing patient safety, comfort and hygiene care at the doorstep.
Packages under NIMS @ Home Programme
Mainly there are three packages available. SILVER Card, GOLD Card and PINK Card.
SILVER CARD : This Package includes one visit per month, ECG, blood pressure, blood sugar and free, advice on diet will be given to a person, one additional call will be attended free of cost and 5-10% reduction in all treatments in NIMS.
Rate is Rs.10000/-, 20% is extra for availing all these facilities for two persons in the family.
GOLD CARD : This Package includes One visit per month + a cardiac executive, check up worth Rs.3000/-for a person absolutely free of cost, Two visits per year on call, ECG, blood pressure, ablood sugar and free advice on diet will be given to one person on each monthly visit 50% off on room rents and upto 20% discounts to all lab tests, A physician will be available on phone round the clock and any member of the family can use the card in NIMS and avail 10% discount on bills(except on cardiac surgery and Angioplasty). Special benefits for Gold card are Free Dental Checkup and basic dental treatments such as scaling, extraction, filling etc ., Free ENT Consultation, Free Ophthalmology check up / Eye screening check-up/ Vision Testing, Free dermatology consultation, Free well women check-up and Free BMI check-up. This Package also includes break fast.
Basic amount Rs.15,000/
PINK CARDThis Package includes one visit per month + full body executive checkup worth Rs.5,500/ , Five visits per year on call, ECG, blood pressure, blood sugar and free advice on diet will be given to one person on each monthly visit, 30% off on full body executive check up afterwards, In the event of being treated as in-patient : 50% off on room rents, Upto 20% discount to all other tests, A physician will be available on phone round the clock and any member of the family can use the card in NIMS
and avail 10% discount on bills (except on cardiac surgery and Angioplasty).Special benefits for Pink card are 1 day stay at Somatheeram Ayurvedic Health Resort(Bread & Breakfast), Room rent completely free for first admission in hospital, Free dental check up and basic dental treatments such as scaling, extraction, filling etc, Free ENT Consultation, Free ophthalmology checkup /eye screening checkup/vision testing, Free dermatology consultation, Free well women check up, Free BMI check up, Free Orthodontic treatment upto an amount of Rs.8000/- , can avail any person in the family, Free ultrasound check up for any member of the family once in 6 months, Free papsmere test conducted to anybody in the family once in 6 months, Free TMT test will be conducted for the persons named in the card, Free Echo test will be conducted for the
persons named in the card, Physiotherapy made available for cardio rehabilitation, neuro rehabilitation and ortho rehabilitation and help you arrange home nurses.
In addition to all these the provider of the card (son or relative or who ever is providing for the card) can avail free executive checkup once in six months. In case of he / she being treated as an inpatient in NIMS, he can avail free doctor consultation, free room rent and free nursing service for the first three days of his admission and 50% reduced rates on all these there after for the next three more days for the card.
Rate for PINK Card is Rs. 25,000/
Conditions: The whole cash packages are available for one year only, any other call will attended on payment of Rs.1000/-per visit. Paid ambulance service available at the rate of Rs. 10 per kilometer.
