About Preeth Beach Resort:
Preeth Beach Resort is a 2 star hotel approved by the government of India and is located near Papanasam Cliff, Varkala in Thiruvananthapuram district. It is a peaceful lush green resort and it is the perfect place to stay in Varkala. The unforgettable beauty of the nature is something specially gifted by God to the resort. A total of 25 rooms are provided in the resorts which include air-conditioned and non-air conditioned cottages, deluxe rooms, standard rooms and standard economy rooms. All rooms are spacious and well furnished. The cottages are beautifully designed and contain a double room, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The restaurant offers a wide selection of Indian and Continental food with traditional Kerala breakfast. Resort also has an outdoor restaurant in the open air under the palm trees which are suitable for parties. The resort is enclosed in a wonderful garden which contains a lot of exotic plants and beautiful flowers. Seating facility is provided in the lawn in the garden so that the flower scented breeze fills everyone's mind with pleasure. The Ayurveda Health Centre at the resort offers a wide range of Ayurvedic treatments given by well trained staff for men and women. They also provide facility for sight seeing.

The Resort consists of both Open air and Indoor restaurants serving exquisite South Indian, North Indian and Continental foods. The restaurant serves the real South India breakfast with a wide selection. You can enjoy the traditional iddli or dosa served with sambar and chutney or can opt for eggs, toast, cornflakes, and tea or coffee. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner under the palm trees also. The lunch and dinner offers Indian and Continental foods which range from chicken tikka and chips to vegetable chop suey. The outdoor restaurant in the open air can serve up to 150 guests at a time. So this is perfectly suited for parties and gatherings.

Preeth Resort is equipped with well furnished, spacious rooms. There are a total of 25 rooms. It includes Three Air-Conditioned Cottages, Three cottages facing the beautiful garden in the resort, three non Air-Conditioned Cottages, Six Deluxe Rooms, Six Standard Rooms and 4 Standard Economy Rooms. Room service is available throughout the stay. All the rooms are of high standard and well maintained. The trees around the resort keeps all the rooms cool the day. All rooms are spacious with Television, telephones and large attached bathroom. The Cottage contains a double room, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The door of the cottage opens to the well maintained and beautiful garden of the resort. The garden contains beautiful flowers, coconut trees and exotic plants. Seating arrangements are done in the lawn in the garden.

Ayurveda Health Centre:
Ayurvedic Facilities are contained in the Preeth Resort. Massage, herbs and oils are applied to the body aiming to restore the natural balance of the three doshas Vata, pitta and kapha. Ayurved is a natural gentle healing method used since thousand of years before. The Ayurveda health Center offers a wide range of ayurveda treatments given by experienced and well trained staff. Both male and female staffs are available in the resort. This facility includes Body Immunization and Longevity Treatment, Body Sudation and Body Slimming.
Sight Seeing:
They also provide facility for sight seeing in Varkala. Varkala is a small, peaceful place just 51 kilo metres away from Trivandrum International airport and 176 kilo metres away from Cochin International airport. This place is know for its natural beauty and all the areas are mainly covered by coconut trees that house many kinds of wildlife, birdlife and butterflies. Varkalas main beach is called Papanasam beach. This beach is one of the major attractions in Varkala. This area is mainly covered by the fishermen of varkala. These beaches are the home of Varkala's fishing communities who are a pleasure to watch as they haul in their nets that hold different fishes every morning.
Janardhanaswamy Temple is also located here. This is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu that was largely rebuilt in 13th century. The minor shrines found around the temple is one the ancient part remaining on the temple. A large number of devotees from all over kerala come here in the month of February and March.
Other Facilities
The reception facility helps all their guests in all the matters as required by the guest. They provide tourist taxi service and auto rickshaw service for sight seeing. They provide facilities for boat trips and house cruises on Kerala's famous backwaters. They also provide assistance for bicycle renting, beach umbrella hire and elephant rides. They also do airline and railway ticket booking.

By Air: The nearest airport is Trivandrum International Airport. Cochin International Airport is 176 kilomtres away from the resort.
By Rail: Varkala is well connected by railway. One can get off at Trivandrum Junction or at the nearest local station.
By Road: Luxury buses and Volvo buses are available from all major cities. Taxies are available round the clock.
