Lagoona Davina is a Beach Resort located at Pachalloor Village in Thiruvananthapuram district which is hardly 25 minutes away from the Trivandrum city. Davinas Particular slice of paradise nestles on the edge of a freshwater lagoon and looks across to the white sands of the Arabian Sea. Davina is a heaven of peace and natural beauty. The resort is described as a Slice of paradise in God’s Own Country. You can relax under the shade of the coconut trees watching the fishermen haul in their net. Just in front of your room is un crowded beach, where you can lounge in the shaded comfort and can hear the whispering sea and rustling of the coconut trees in the tropical wind. All the rooms in the main building are facing the sea. All the rooms are authentic and romantic and exceptional in style with hand painted to represent animals and colours of India. They represent the real culture of India. Cottages are beautifully decorated with a private garden where you can have your meals. The room boy is entirely at your disposal throughout your stay. Special Masters are available in the resort for Yoga, Ayurvedic massage and Reiki. Meditation facility is provided in the pavilion build beside the sea. This pavilion is one of the best attractions of Davina. Open air facility has been provided to conduct parties, meetings, get together, seminars and gatherings. All the foods served are fresh and healthy are made in the resort itself. Even the eggs come from their own ducks and chickens. Italian foods are served on special occasion. Accommodation
Lagoona Davina is equipped with Standard rooms which are facing the sea, Maharaja Rooms which are spacious and large, Rajasthan Tent Room and Cottages. The rooms in the resort are entirely different from other resorts. The style by which the cottages are made makes Lagoona Davida Unmatched with other resorts. Each room is hand painted to represent animals and colours of India. The rooms represent the culture of our country. Four poster beds add romance and beauty to the room. In the evening one you can hear the whispering waves and rustling of the coconut trees. You can relax lazily watching the fishermen haul in their nets chanting in harmony with the birdsong and the sea breaking on the shore. Room service is available throughout your stay at the resort. The room boy even comes to receive the guests in the airport if required and care for every need.
There are beautifully furnished 7 rooms in the main building. All these rooms are facing the sea. Maharaja rooms have the deluxe room facilities. There are 9 Cottage rooms. The Cottages are the special attraction of Lagoona Davina. Cottages are just behind behind the garden. They are of good size and beautifully decorated. The days spent in the rooms remains unforgettable. Every cottage has a private garden from where you can have all your meals on your personal table with a glorious view.

Restaurant
Lagoona Davina serves delicious food with low fat which are fresh and healthy. A balanced diet completes your path to rejuvenation, good health and happiness. The restaurant serves traditional Kerala food, vegetarian and non-vegetarian, slightly modified to suit the Western gourmet. You can watch the fish for dinner being hauled in on the beach opposite, whilst taking your breakfast that morning. Fresh fruits are always available in the restaurant. Even the eggs served also come from their own ducks and chickens. All ice creams are sugar free and are home made. All dairy products are pasteurized. Even the ice is made from mineral water. Lagoona Davida is also well cared about the health of all their guests. In cottage rooms, you can all your meals on the personal table set in the garden enjoying the beauty of the resort.
Facilities
The resort contains a Library with wide variety of collections. Facilities are also made for playing chess, scrabble and cards. It also contains a Boutique with a variety of silk and cotton clothes, jewelry and gifts. Coir is made in the resort and you see how the carpets are made from the coconut rope. E-mail facility and Newspapers are available in the resort. Ornithologists are available who can explain you about the variety of birds found in their village. Traditional Kerala music and dance are conducted weekly. Italian food is also available during special days.
Sight seeing and picnic is provided by reception facility. Cars with safe Drivers are arranged. Resort is close to ancient ancient temples, palaces, ashrams, a waterfall, wild life sanctuary and fishing. You can walk on the Pozhikkara beach which stretches for miles which is fully crowded by the fishermen. Davian has a special relationship with the local villagers, so the guests are often invited to weddings and festivals. Honeymoon packages are also provided by Davina.
Special open air space is allotted in the resort which is suitable for Seminars, Anniversary, Birthday, parties and gatherings. Well qualified masters are available for yoga, Ayurvedic Massages and Reiki. Ayurvedi massage restores the physical harmony & health. Massage with herbal oils detoxify, relieve pain and rejuvenate. By Rail: The Nearest station is Trivandrum Junction which is 25 minutes away from the resort.
By Road: Trivandrum city is well connected by all nearest cities. Luxury buses and Volvo buses are available from all major south Indian cities.
