About the Karikathi Beach House
Karikathi Beach House is a fine sea front resort with two independent beach houses located near Kovalam, the most spectacular and the beautiful beach of Kerala in India. The Karikathi Beach house has a private beach, private chef, private waiters as well as private servants. The Beach House is just 19 kilometers from the Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of the state of Kerala. This is one of the favourite spots for the honeymooners isolated and having a secluded beach for themselves.
The car parking is about 400 meters away from the beach house and your walk through the palm grove would be very exhilarating as well as relaxing. This is not suitable for handicapped or physically disabled persons as the earth is uneven here.
Accommodation and food Facilities at Karikathi Beach house
The area of the independent house is about 1000 sq ft. The house has two double bedrooms with a linked lounge in between. The roof is thatched with palm leaves, and they do not have air condition or television as they are naturally ventilated. Kitchen is accommodated adjacent to the rooms, under the same roof .
You can choose from a wide variety of dishes. You can also have open air dinner at the lawns of the beach house.
There is a second beach house now, if the guests need even that is also rented out. There are no mosquitoes in the area but for the sake of confidence for the guests, nets have been provided in the rooms.
The tariff packages include Breakfast, lunch and dinner plus rent for the room. 50% of the payment should be made in advance and non refundable in case of cancellation. 30% will be charged for the additional bed. Station transfers will be charged extra. The rooms will not be blocked till the advance amount is received.
