There are 36 well equipped and well furnished air conditioned rooms which can be classified into Malabar suite, Residency Room and Standard room. There are 5 single rooms, 15 double rooms, 4 deluxe rooms and 2 suites which come with all the modern comforts and conveniences.
The tariff at the Hotel malabar Residency is from Rs 1200 onwards and for an extra bed Es 300 is charged.

The Village Cafe at Malabar Residency is a 24 hour roof top coffee shop. You can enjoy drinks at all times of the day enjoying Hill ranges and coconut palms swaying to the breeze. This 50 seater cafe has a well manicured garden to boot and small get togethers can be arranged here.
Business and banquet facilities at Hotel Malabar Residency
25 seater board room for business meeting, 100 seater century hall for small get to gethers / informal business meet and a 250 persons capacity millennium hall for the functions and the business get togethers etc are also available at the Hotel Malabar Residency.
Ayurvedic Centre is available at the Hotel Malabar Residency, for health related issues like to detoxify the system and improve ones health. Massages like Pizhichil, Njavara Kizhi, Dhara, Sirovasti and Elakizhi are also conducted for refreshing, rejuvenating and relaxing the body and mind.
