Customer Support Openings- Voice Support – International Call Centre Job Description • Should be flexible for both inbound /outbound calls in order to assist customers for UK/US/Australian Customers • 100% call taking job, will interact with US/UK/Australian • Will process accounts and overdraft loans • Call customers and inform them about there pending due and convince them to pay the same. • Mortgage Process deals mainly with personal loans, validate the Loan documentation and review income, assets and collateral documentation • Collect borrower information, Price out and select best product for Clients' situation and recommend appropriate product or program. • Should call clients and customers to resolve issues • Making outbound sales, for new and existing customers • Manages leads, by calling and qualifying the leads • educating the customer about various products and converting the lead into a sale • Up sells the products to the existing customer • It is a complete voice process Desired Candidate Profile • Should be a graduate with minimum 50% • BE/BTech's less than 60% or if they have more than 60% 1 year of International Call Centre experience is mandatory • Freshers or Experienced with 0-48 months in ICC Voice Support • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in debt collection, mortgage, insurance, outbound, banking, finance, credit card etc., (only voice) • Excellent communication skills • Should be comfortable with working under shifts • Spontaneous, high drive and result oriented • Salary 1.6 L to 3.1L + Incentives • Shifts US/UK/Australian Shifts • Documents Mandatory Position: Technical Support Executive and Semi Tech Process: Internet Support, Microsoft, Antivirus, Laptops and Desktop Supports
Technical Support Openings- Voice Support – International Call Centre Job Description • Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools. • Guide customer-troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines. • Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues. • Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools. • Responsible for providing technical support and building on customer relations through Troubleshooting • Handling technical queries & objections will be a major part of job profile. • Trouble shooting with Internet Support, Microsoft, Antivirus, Laptops and Desktop related issues • It's a Complete Voice Process Desired Candidate Profile • Graduates/Under Graduates Min 6 months to 48 Months of International Call Centre Experience. • Excellent Communication Skills • Basic Technical Knowledge • Experience in technical process would be an added advantage. • Hardware & Networking Knowledge would be an added advantage • Bachelor Degree, PUC (with one year of International call center experience); • Diploma Courses (post 10+2 with 1 year international call center experience); • Engineering Degree or Post Graduate Degree (with at least 1 year experience in customer care / semi-tech international call center process) • Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and Internet. • 2.
