23rd Kerala Science Congress of Kerala is organized by Centre for Earth Science Studies from January 29 to 31, 2011 in Thiruvananthapuram. Main aims of the event are following
* An active group discussion among academicians, researchers, professionals and decision makers from Kerala State and outside
* A complete evaluation of current status about Research & Development efforts in Kerala and analyze its results
* Give all supports for new raising subjects and essential policies to execute
* Encourage talented young scientists of Kerala to contribute towards development of Science and Technology.
* Encourage growing young scientists of Kerala to contribute towards development of Science and Technology.
* Offer an opportunity to researchers to share and discuss core developments in the different areas of science and technology
Other Programs
Young Scientist Award : The participant are to be register their name before December 10. Selected participants will be awarded with cash and certificates.
Poster Session: Participants are needed to be submitting abstracts for poster presentation and also certificate will be given for selected ones. The last date of submission of full paper for oral and poster presentation is 15 January 2011.
Memorial Lectures: There will be some Memorial Lecture from experienced hands.
Children's Science Congress : The state level winners of the Children’s Science Congress will be felicitated during the Kerala Science Congress
Exhibition: An exhibition for Kerala’s development will be arranged during the Science Congress
NB: Closing of registration for all other participants except Young Scientist award and Poster presentation is 31 December 2010
