Dear Members, We are extremely happy with the active participation of many members in the different contests in SpiderKerala. Special congratulations to all members who are being a part of the contests. From time being already we had given proper guidelines for members regarding various contests. But unfortunately few members are not following the rules promptly. If you are being a part of a contest especially for Member of the Month, you have to post the links in the forum where we announce the contest. Even if you are posting the latest news we would be happy to give you reward for your effort. But how come we know that you are have posted an article as a part of these contests? We have to declare the Prize winners list of October 2011 which includes Member of the Month and other special prizes. So it is advised from the side of the members to post the links of their articles in the respective forum posts. We can wait for two more days to get response from members. So do post the links in the respective forum posts. Clarification regarding group discussion contest We had been giving out few topics in the forum for group discussion. What we want from our members is active discussion. But those members who are participating in the discussion just leave their opinion. This cannot be considered for making it to the reward program. Members should have to give cross opinion regarding the views of other members. If we are not getting much participation from the members what we can do is to give cash credit to those members who are active in the discussion at the end of the month. You have made the correction the month to October,11. But there is mistake in the last sentence of the first para of your announcement. Regarding group discussion contests I feel that once in while a sort of refresher article may be posted so that it will be like reminders for the members to participate. Regarding the member of the week contest, instead of having member of the week contest, it may be fixed to be fortnightly. Some special topic contest may also be introduced.
