Kerala Strikers defeated Mumbai Heroes by 10 wickets to initiate their first win in the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL), on Sunday in the match held at Kaloor International stadium. The score is Mumbai Heroes 128/9 in 20 over and Kerala strikers 129 not out for 16.5 over. Opener Rajeev Pillai who scored 75 for 63 balls declared as the man of the match. Another best player was the Bineesh Kodiyeri who took four wickets by giving only 18 runs in the four over.
The home team has not disappointed the crowd of near about 60,000 audiences at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium. The presence of actors as if Mamootty, Prithiviraj, Siddique, Ganesh Kumar etc., were increased the excitement of the viewers.
