Will stretching exercises help to increase height ?

Most of the people around us are now facing lack of height. Everyone says that its genital but people can influence some change in their fate through regular stretching exercises. Also, swimming, rope skipping, playing basket ball, and all can raise thier height. I think the later reffered practices can cause good changes but am confused with the stretching exercises done. Will stretching help you if it is regularly done ? Share your thoughts and ideas about this and suggest some valuable tips to be taller. Thank you.
