It never happened in the hystory of kerala the govt or the minister showed his inability to arrest a person involved in a criminal case against whom a production warrant by a competent court is issued.people have the impression the arrest is purposely delayed so that maudani get enough time for the disposal of his case in the supreme court. now one would naturally think that maudani is really involved in treachery, otherwise he could himself have appeared before the court, instead, everyday he is coming up with new cases which is not maintainable before law. now he is arguing to quash the chargesheet against him by knowing that only trial court can decide it not high court. this is just to delay arrest,if he is not involved why should he fear?he said it is a plan to jail him as they did it in coimbatore. who is the beneficiary by jailing maudani who has not more than 20000 supporters the whole of kerala.
