Equal Pay for women in IT is somewhat away

Do you believe it ? There is pay disparity in IT sector according to a report of the Chartered Management Institute.

Yes, salaries for the women increased by 2.1% over 1.4% for men in the last 12 months. However, the average for the male managers was more than that of their male counterparts. Even junior level male receives more than similarly placed females.

This is as per study conducted by Chartered Management Institute in UK. Activists are reported to have taken up the issue in right earnest.

IT employers are blood suckers they suck your blood and throw some extra bucks.you enter the industry at the age of 20 and get out at 25,you will be as old as 50.people should realize this

Hi No doubt I can see here geeks struggling to meet the deadline set by their bosses. Phone calls received at dead of the night as work is on day in and out. Indeed pitiable are the conditions, but in this competitive market economy if one has to survive the challenges must be meet. Urmilesh kumar has rightly pointed out the condition of techies.
