This question is irrelevant. One can raise this question against any category of workers.

There must be at least a few police personnel who are sincere to their works. Majority may not be, because of several reasons. Interference of politicians and other big guys force several of the police men to keep away their sincerity. Money may also be a cause.

This applies to all service groups.

I think that Some police man do not give their 100% towards their job.
But There are a lot of person who gave their 100% for their Jobs.
They distroyed their beautiful moment of life for their duty.

So we can that both type of person exists as some good and other not.
