Smart city is a IT oriented project proposed to built in kochi city of kerala.

The initiation of the project was formed by former kerala chief minister Mr. AK antony in 2003.The agreement was signed with Dubai Internet City. The project offered 1,00000 job opertunities,80,000 by its own and 20,00
by indirect way. After AK antony's resign,Mr. Oomen chandy formulated ideas and made an agreement which he cannot fulfilled due to opposition of opposition parties. But after Legislative assembly election,Mr.VS Achuthanandan become the chief minister and he made some movements and some changes in the agreement. The real crisis started from Govt.of kerala's approval of SEZ(Special Economic Zone).TECOM wants the ownership of land which Govt. have no right on it.But Govt. disagree this and said gently that there is no realestate dealings with TECOM.Cheif minister shri.VS Achuthanandan responded that TECOM didnot have enough fund for the project. But this was objected by TECOM and accused Govt. For the stunded development in the project. In 2010,they had discussed with Govt. several times and the project stagned. Now kerala Govt. Posted shri.MA padmashree yusafali as middle spokesman between TECOM&Govt. He is a wellknown industrialist in Middle east and chairman of CIAL(Cochin International Airport). The future of the dream project first ever in India will decided by the last round discussion of Mr.Yusafali with the both sides.

I am afraid the Makara vilakku controversy may be taken as a sensitive issue and the members may be 'cautious' enough not to respond. Once again we may prefer to be indifferent too... How to tackle this problem?

  • #1796
It is a good idea to be extra careful when you write on sensitive issues. Try to avoid hurting the feelings of people. Present only the facts and only the information that are already publicly disclosed.

Its better to avoid the much more contriverial issues so that the feelings of any community is hurted.

Despite of Yusuf Pathan's one man show India failed to clinch 1st ever series in south african soil. Yusuf scored a swashbuckling 105 runs from 70 odd balls. South africa had their heart in mouth since Yusuf arrived the crease. Parthiv and Yusuf only showed resistance to South African bowling attack. I have a doubt. Is the good cash credit offer for articles on the topics above are still in force? Is there any condition like minimum number of words ?

  • #1904
    Abid Areacode,

Obviously the articles have to be good quality, self written and not reproduced from any other sources. There is no minimum length requirement, but articles with 10-20 words could earn 0 cash.

    Dear Webaster,

I appreciate your reply in time.I found many articles here which are very less in content.Almost all articles are paid Rs 10 or Rs 15.That is why I felt a doubt , the good cash credit means this amount. Can you say the maximum amount that an article can be awarded? Is it only on the topics told above accepted for good cash credits ?

  • #1935
We usually pay higher for the topics we suggest. Other general topics related to Kerala also can earn high cash credits if those topics have the potential to bring traffic and revenue to the site.

We don't have any exact limit on how much we pay, but generally good quality, long posts can earn Rs 50 to Rs 100.

This is in addition to the monthly revenue share, 90% AdSense revenue from your posts, awards, prizes, bonus etc.

If your resource attracts lot of traffic, you can indirectly earn Rs 1000 or more through various channels (AdSense, revenue share etc) in the long term.

    hi friends,

It is a good decision to give Laptops to Kerala teachers. It is an appreciable suggestion from our Government. This will improve the teaching style and quality and also teachers will acquire an idea about computers. Then they can search for more data about their topics in education and hence to improve the quality and efficiency of Kerala syllabus.By giving Laptops to teachers, it is possible them to bring it in schools and they can save the academic data in it.
