Job Description: Accounts & Finance Jobs: Associate - Finance and Accounts
Keeping track of all vendor and AMC contract for Kochi . Ensure that the Annual maintenance are renewed on time and the AMC as per the contract is carried out for all items under the contract
Raise the Change Control Form for all Routine Electrical Maintenance & Emergency Maintenance after informing all SBU's of the same.
Co-ordinate with Blr Facility team/Purchase Dept for processing of PRF and project related works.
