Job Description: Senior Business Development Manager & Executive
• As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities. You will have a structured approach to develop the market and be capable of building your own plan of attack.
• Prepares the Monthly Business Development Plan; as well as prepares the monthly Work Plan.
• Lead and develop staff (Territory Sales Manager/Territory Sales Executive) training needs.
• Define and follow up of Monthly targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for new yimin products and services.
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Increase the company's involvement with existing client
• Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
• Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
About Employer
Yimin Info Tech Pvt. Ltd is a sister concern of ABNZ Tranz Technologies Pvt. Ltd which deals with central government RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bheema Yojna) projects.
For example: providing smart cards to BPL (below poverty line) & APL (above poverty line) individuals.
Yimin basically provides software solutions to third party administration for transaction management services. Yimin also provides individual loyalty program to certain corporate houses such as “Lee” & “Arrow”.
Yimin has introduced first of its kind and a unique mobile application through GSM technology in its transaction management services.
Hence, with an aggregate total of 4380 man-hours which has been put towards creating Yimin transaction management software the platform being JAVA based.
