Job Description: BPO / KPO / Call Center Jobs: Executive - Medical Billing Reference ID: RMI-MBE
Incumbent's task is to clear out the credit balance in the patient account by
* Moving the patient balance payment to the dependent or guarantor accounts.
* Requesting the refunds from Insurance or patient depending the overpaid payments
* Verifying the accuracy on Insurance payment (Federal Ins).
* Requesting refund by processing necessary documentation if required.
* Correcting the adjustment and insurance payments.
Apart from the above listed tasks, depending on the project incumbent may have to deal with any of the following:
* Charge Entry
* Patient Registration
* Payment Posting
* Denial Management
* AR Analysis
