The kerala govt has taken decision to allow prosecution against former minister M K Muneer. It has been informed to "niyama abha" by minister Kodiyeri balakrishnan. There are many vigilance cases are registered against M K Muneer when they were holding the position as a minister.

Muneer had called tender on road construction without keeping proper guidelines. And so there are many other cases are ongoing investigation by vigilance. The decision for allowing prosecution would be a major change in the cases against the people who hold bigger positions in politics.
