Ingredients 1) Bengal gram flour - 115 gm
2) Rice flour - 30 gm
3) Salt - to taste
4) Onion - 50 gm
5) Green chillies - 3 or 4
6) Cashew nuts - 30 gm
7) Soda bi-carbonate - a pinch
8) Curry leaves - a few
9) Fat - a few
10) Oil - for frying
How to prepare First make sure all the ingredients are available for you in front and set yourself to start the dish. Chop onion, chillies, and curry leaves to form sufficiently fine pieces and add salt along with soda bi-carbonate to it. Now mix all the above contents together sufficiently. Also mix gram and rice flour along with the above and add melted fat.
Now add all the ingredients and mix them to a thick butter adding enough water. Heat up the oil and pour spoon full of butter into the hot oil. Pour the content having with sufficient amount and allow the pakoda to fry deep until a golden brown colour is obtained. Drain all the oil on a paper and serve it hot.
