Ingrediants for Chutney Powder:
Dry coconut - 2 small size.
Dry chilli - 20 nos.
Asafoetida powder - a pinch.
Curry leaves - 10- 15 nos.
Salt for taste.
Preparation Method for Chutney Powder:
Make small Pieces of Coconut Pieces from the whole Coconut.
Roast coconut with chilli in a frying Pan without Oil
Once it's became crispy, then include the curry leaves with it and further roast it for 1-2 minutes. Keep it aside to Cool down.
Once Cooled add asafoetida powder, salt and make a fine powder in the Blender.
Keep it in a Tight container for further use.
