In spreading its wings and its endeavor to reach out to more customers, even in remote areas,
National Stock Exchange (NSE)
has started effective Tuesday, September 14, 2010 a new facility to provide latest stock market updates. All one has to do for availing of this service is to register their mobile number on the website of National Stock Exchange. This was communicated in a statement by the NSE.

All one has to do for availing of this service is to register their mobile number on the website of National Stock Exchange. This was communicated in a statement by the NSE. Compared to 9 million internet connections, mobile subscriber base is lose to 600 Million users. The outreach of this facility is huge indeed. Further plans are afoot to offer trading through Mobile Phones in early October, 2010.
It was further clarified that all the products of National Stock Exchange including equities, derivatives, currency or
Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)
will be streamed on
real time basis.
. The journey of NSE has been a long way through cities, urban and and now finally semi urban areas too. For registering your name with NSE all you have to do is go to http://www.nseindia.com/, click on
NSE Mobile Registration
and fill in the mandatory fields of Name, email id and mobile number.
