Lal Jose introduces a new actress, Ann Augustin to the malayalam film world through the movie Elsamma Enna Aankutty. The theme of Elsamma Enna Aankutty is not a new one but it has a everything to satisfy viewers like comedy, good songs, story etc. The story is mainly based on the character Elsamma played by Ann Augustin. The other main characters in Elsamma Enna Aankutty is played by Kunchako Boban, Indrajith, Nedumudi Venu, Jagathy Sreekumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Jenardhanan, Vijaya Raghavan.

Story of Elsamma Enna Aankutty

The story is taking place in Balanpilla city named after Balanpilla (Jenardhanan), a tea shop owner in the village. Elsamma (Ann Augustin) is the local new reporter and agent of Mathrubhumi daily in Balanpilla city. She takes care of her 3 younger sisters and mother. Unnikrishnan (Kunchako Boban) with nick name palunni is a farmer and he supplies milk to the villagers. He loves Elsamma but didn't have the courage to express it. Jagathy plays the role of a Panchayath member who bribes one bottle liquor for his signature. The movie goes on in a cool way till the introduction of Eby (Indrajith), a guy from Ernakulam and Papan's (Nedumudi Venu) grandson. He creates lot of problems in Balanpilla city and in Elsamma's life. The rest of the film is how Elsamma manages it and will Unnikrishnan get Elsamma?
