Malayalam movie best actor, popular Photographer Martin Prakkat’s debut venture staring Mega star Mammooty as Mohan, released on 9th December. Mammooty plays the role of School teacher, who dreams to become an actor. Even though he is having great desire to be an actor he is a family man and he runs his family well.

Mammooty's New Movie Best Actors Hits the theaters
Malayalam movie best actor, popular photographer Martin Prakkat's debut venture staring Mega star Mammooty as Mohan, Released on 9th December. To be honest it best movie that is released in Malayalam recent times. It stays well on top of Major 4 previous releases, Anwar, Thriller, Karyasthan, and Shikkar. Prime reason being, it is not a suspense movie like thriller Anwar and Shikkar were you can easily predict the climax(even though best actor is a predictable movie) and the standard comedy scenes in movie stays well above boring scenes of Dilip's 100th movie Karyasthan.
Story Line
Mammooty plays the role of School teacher, who dreams to become an actor. Even though he is having great desire to be an actor he is a family man and he runs his family well. First half an hour or so is in comic mood were Mammoty is requesting directors for Chance in their movies , there are 2 or three prominent directors he meet in this time.Writer, Director Mr Ranjith Narrates the story at some parts
The turning point of the movie starts when a movie Unit comes to his school for a shoot, they promise him a role in the movie but things go wrong and he get Humiliated by the director of the movie played by Sreenivasan in front of his own people. By this experience Mohan moves to the City Ernakulam In search movies even there he gets humiliated by the people of the Industry for him being a shy guy not suited to their kind of violence movie, they even mention the name of Vivek Oberoi's effort in making to the role in the movie Company.
Mohan Get inspired by this he then goes to joins Gunda gang led by lal, Salim Kumar and Nedumudi venu, the real fun begins when he joins the gang. The comedy scenes are genuine and hilarious. The one liner is pretty good in evoking laugh in theaters. They four member gang Complements really well, the one good thing about the comedy scenes are they are not don in way Suraj Venjarammud does, his absence in the movie is real blessing for the movie, hats off to the director. After a series of incidents he becomes a real hero among in his gang.
Later these gang Comes to know that Mohan is not a real Gunda but a schoolteacher dreaming to become an actor. I can't write any more about the movie watch in theaters, suspense of the movie lies in the proceeding scenes. Movie Could have been better if director has concentrated on the script a bit more , at times the script lacks pace, unnecessary sentimental scenes are put here and there this scenes breaking the tempo of the Movie , but the overall is a good Entertainer
About the Cast
Mammooty as Mohan has done really well Mohan, still at the age of 57 Mammooty is fresh, his costume sense is great. He fits in to the Youths costume really well, he got great body language he never make a sense that he is 57. Even though the Leading Lady got much to do she has done her part well. It will not be fair not to mentioning Salim Kumar, real charming guy his Cochin slang evokes real laugh in the Cinemas house. Rest of the cast have done well.
It is a clean entertainer, it could have made better if it was scripted well, even though it is watchable Rating: 3/5
Positive:Mammooty ,Salim kumar and NO " Suraj"
Negative: Predictable story line
