Prithviraj is doing a super hero role as Kelu Nayanar in the film Urumi. Chirackal Kelu Nayanar was a character lived in the 16th century. He was a leader in the erstwhile princely state named Kolathu Nadu. The story tells the great deeds of Kelu Nayanar who lead the gang to kill Vasco De Gama, who was a Portuguese navigator arrived in Kappad of Kozhikode. Vavali and Arakkal Ayesha are the helping hands of Kelu Nayanar to his mission to kill Vasco De Gama. Here the role of Vavali was done by Prabhu Deva and Genelia cast as Arakkal Ayesha. The actors in Malayalam Industry who are doing such epic characters are very few. Now Prithviraj got a different entry and a special fame from his cast as Kelu Nayanar in the film Urumi 2011.
