Youth Tennis Tournament in Trivandrum

As we all know, Trivandrum or Thiruvananthapuram is the capital city of our Kerala state. Among the different types of sports present in the world, Tennis is having an important place. I know all people are familiar with the name Tennis. Remember that Tennis can be played between two players or between two teams of two players each. In simple terms we can say that if it is between two players, it is single but if it is between two teams of two players each, then it is said to be doubles.

The Youth Tennis Tournament conducted by the Trivandrum Tennis Club will be starting on 15 August 2011. It should be noted that at least 400 players will be participating in this tennis tournament that is going to be held in the nine courts of the tennis club. There will be under 16 & under 18 categories for this tournament. But note that about 80 participants will get wild card entry in this tournament while others have to participate in a qualifying round that is going to be held on 13 August 2011 & 14 August 2011.

The important attractions of this Youth Tennis tournament include free access for watching the tournament & the participation of All India Ranking Players.
