M Square Mall will come soon with its varieties and specialties to give complete shopping satisfaction to Thiruvananthapuram. The project is located on Balaramapuram, the place which is famous for its handloom tradition. Balaramapuram is situated about 13 kilometers south-east of Thiruvananthapuram Central towards Kanyakumari in NH-47 roadway. M Square management found that this place is best suit for their mall because of the traditional historyof the place and Balaramapuram is also considered as one of the huge market hubs in Thiruvananthapuram district. The Vizhinjam Container Terminal and seaport is also near to this town.

M Square Mall is situated in the property of 1.7 acre land and it has a wide frontage of 83 meter. The project will complete in the middle of 2012 and it will open for shopping then onwards. The architectural design of the M Square Mall is done by M/s Prasanth & Associates, Calicut.
