National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC) is one of the leading national institutions for technical education in India. NITC was formerly known as Calicut Regional Engineering Collage (CREC), which was established in the year 1961. The institute is funded fully by the Government of India. Scope of Energy Management Course

Energy Management is very important in future economic prospects. With the increasing demand of energy there comes the great responsibility to handle energy in more efficient way. The energy demand cannot be satisfied by establishing new power plants, where the financial resources are limited. This makes the "Energy Management" activities within the country very important.
