Cherukkanum Pennum is an upcoming malayalam film directed by debutant Pradeep Nair. He has got National award for his debut venture 'Oridam' focusing on a story which has very much influence on the present society. Rathinirvedam fame Sreejith Vijay is starring with Pune based Malayalam beauty Deepthi Nambiar in this highly lusty romantic movie. Mithun Nair, K B Venu, Akkara Kazhchakal fame Josekutty, Ahmed Sidique, Dileesh Pothan, Revathy Sivakumar, Sandhya Ramesh, Archana, Riya and Ponnamma Babu are the other cast in the movie. Saji Nandiyattu has produced the film Cherukkanum Pennum under the banner film buff production. The director Pradeep Nair himself penned has the script along with Rajesh Varma. The thread is purely based on the love; hence the necessity of songs is very important. The famous cine poem writer Rafeek Ahmand has penned the lyrics with background score of Arun Sidharth.

Cherukkanum Pennum movie provides opportunity for youngest talents to enter into Mollywood. Rathinirvedam fame Sreejith Vijay hopes to hold his hand firm in film industry through the challenging role of a romantic guy. He performed well in the film Rathinirvedam and got critically good acclimation. Cherukkanum Pennum malayalam movie story

Cherukkanum Pennum (Boy and girl) is a new age love story. The film mainly deals with love of couples who are IT professionals. Ritha and Balu are two IT professionals working in a cosmopolitan city. Once they meet accidentally and become friends. The friendship turned to love in short as the eye binges. They got into deep love up as no one could break them from this relation. They feel like dead in the absence of other person. They believed that no force in the earth will be able to move them apart.

In the midst of their love, they decided to go for a picnic with their friends. All of them are know each other well. They hope the journey will grant a nostalgic moment in their life. Ritha and Balu are the example of lusty as well as explosive love couples. They are close as much the body and minds of them are same. But unfortunately they get in rift on this picnic which created problem between them. Here the twist occurred in the story and the enslaving love turns in to reprisal. The film Cherukkanum Pennum narrates the incidence based on this rift and vengeance. The roles of Balu and Ritha are played by Sreejith Vijay and Deppthi Nambiar respectively.

The shooting of the Cherukkanum Pennum had been carried out in Kochi and it's near by places. The film is likely to finish this year itself.
