    The Narasimha Moorthy Temple at Kuruvattur is an old temple. The temple is built following the traditional temple architecture of Kerala. It is facing a paddy field with a large pond in front. Though the temple is under private ownership(belongs to two Namboothiri families)a local committee is controlling the day to day affairs. Kuruvattur is near Vellinezhi, in Ottapalam Taluk of Palakkad district in Kerala. Cherpulassery is the nearest town.
