My idea was to have a sub category under the category 'General discussions'. Presently it is divided into three sub categories, Education in Kerala, Kerala Politics and Travel and Tourism. Hence posting threads from other topics for discussion has no provision. If a 'Miscellaneous' category is there, threads from any other topic can be posted.

Its good to provide a miscellaneous category.Because, if we can't find a suitable category from the given list, we can post it under miscellaneous category.
