    National Do Not Disturb(NDND) for mobiles

    Dear All,
    This is to share with you that as per latest regulation from Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, if a person's number is registered with NDND (National Do Not Disturb) he will not receive sms from unrelated operators.

    Registration status (with NDND) can be verified through the following link-

    http://ndncregistry.gov.in/ndncregistry/search.misc

    Do check on this and register if required.

    The mobile SMS are nuisance. All unsolicited messages which are of no use will come. If it is stopped it will be great service to all. I thank Hameed for the useful information.

    Now a days operators are disturbing the consumers with unwanted ad programs and calls. They are sending lot of messages and calls every day. Some times these messages and calls find really disturbing. The introduction of Do Not Disturb service has been really useful. By using this latest service we can get rid of these nuisance.
