You just read the guidelines to make clear this doubt.
Anyways I just give you a short description.
The cash will credit according to the quality and the current relevance of the content. The point you get is for deciding the member rank and level like bronze,silver, gold, platinum and diamond. These levels have importance. Only you get your Google ad-sense account when you reached the gold level.

There is no relation with your cash credits and Points except in some cases.Points can help you to achieve better Membership level ,Also using points you can reach high member Ranking.You can use your points to send virtual gift for others.Most cases you can earn points very easily but you will get Cash credits according your contents posted.Some cases points related to cash credits,especially in reward program.You know during Onam Season spiderKerala had been introduced a reward program in which each members can earn cash credits equal to their points earned during this season.For example If member earned 250 points ,member will get Rs 250 cash credits.This reward Program already Over.For More reference click below links

Cash credits are allotted as a reward for your work in SpiderKerala. You are awarded cash credits depending upon the quality of your post. You may awarded Rs 5 to 60 according to the post. You will be paid when your cash credits reach the threshold level.
Points denotes the level of members in SpiderKerala. They are not cash. They are also awarded according to the quality of the post. Points plays an important role in determining the Member Rank and Membership levels in SpiderKerala.
