    Updated Forum posting guidelines

    Hi fellow members,
As a forum editor I am impressed with the performance of members in forum section. Many of the new members are showing a very good interest in forum section. So in-order to keep the quality of forum section we are coming with new forum posting guidelines. These guidelines are not applicable for forums seeking helps.

    1. Make good title for the forum threads. Title should reflect the topic you are going to discuss. Also optimize the title for your search engine.
    2. Give a very good description for your forum threads. You should include your view of the topic in the forum thread you are posting.
    3. Recently we are seeing many news thread flooding in forum section. We always welcome the news threads because SPK always like to be updated with latest news. But keep in mind that forums are for discussion. So just writing news does not get response from other members. So you have to write your view on the topic and should be concluded by asking views of other members about the topic.
    4. Cash credits will be allotted only for Kerala related forum threads with very good description.

Now onwards we will approve only those forum threads satisfying the above criteria. So members follow the above guidelines and keep the quality of forum threads high.

    Hello editor.

Thanks for the updated guidelines. It is a good decision to bring these, because this may improve the quality of forums.

I have some doubts:- From now onwards do the forum threads wants the approval from you to get points or cash credits?

Is there any limits on the number of forums posting in a week?

    Hi Prashob,
Unlike resource section, forums will get approved instantly and points are automatically generated by computer. Cash credits are allotted during the editing procedure. If we find a forum thread which is not written according to the above guidelines the corresponding thread will be deleted.
