    State police and revenue service

    a special state police and revenue service should be created and offered to young university graduated based on a competitive exam on the same guidelines of the UPSC exam and passouts be recruited directly as DYSPS,dy collectors and so as the govt can use the management talent of the manaement graduates. currently a mariculate clerk can reach IAS using his political allegiance through state recommendation. such fools even donot understand a circular or memorandum in engkish. the lapse of coordination at kottayambus tragedy is due to lack of knowledge of management.administravive srvice personnel are not management experts. the only exception is Dr BEENA AND Sen kumar

    there is direct recruitment as dysp,district supply officer, RDO for sc/st. what is the criteria of merit other than money
