Yes, Balakrishna Pillai would have been released on 2 January 2012. Now, he is expected to be released 4 days later on January 6. Ganesh Kumar is reported to have asked the 'REPORTER' channel if they are happy with the news. The LDF leaders are going to approach Supreme court on the issue. They also demand a Judicial investigation.

Balakrishna Pillai was a minister for a long time. Hr should know better of the rules. He is expected to set an example to others. At least he should not violate the rules.
He was carrying cell phone ion the jail? If not what is the punishment for the person who supplies cell phone to the inmates of the jail?
V S Achuthanandan is expected to use every possible;e thing to upset the UDF if not possible to unseat them. He has tasted power and is hungry for more of that. He thinks he is a very tall personality and wants to deal at S C only.
