Article format appearing like junk

Hi,

At times, paragraphs are not coming in the published article. It appears like a junk without any paragraph or headings. Why is it so? I republished the article thrice after html formatting. Still it is coming as a junk without paragraphs. Hope the problem will be solved ASAP.
