Hi Rama Krishna,
It's not only Ganja, there are many other things like Mobile phone, iron rods etc found in jail.
If the Ganja was thrown to the jail, what about the mobile phones?
Are they also thrown to the jail?
It's not fair to say that the Police persons don't know what is happening in jails. Almost all the activities going on in the jail are with permission of Police officers. If it was not there, the two prisoners may not escaped from the jail. When the two prisoners were escaped from the jail, all the conditions were favouring them. How the lights were off? How the spy camera didn't work at that site only?
Still the questions remain without any answers.
