Its not fare because this judgment can affect the carrer of students who joined in such batches may have dreamt of achieving top grades this year. So this decision should come only into practice the next year and by give the necessary notices about the new rules and regulations. Doing it straight forward is a worse move which can create a barrier to student's dreams. Hope a satisfactory move shall be taken by the authority in-favor to this topic.
