Chicken or egg???

Posted Date: 31 Jul 2010      Posted By:: urmilesh kumar     Member Level: Gold    Member Rank: 41     Points: 1   Responses: 0

It is still a controversy as to chicken came first or egg although scientists revealed recently,it was the chicken.
like is the controversy between govt of kerala and high court.the legistative enjoys powers to frame new legislation and the courts can cancel it if it is found to be not within the framework of the constitution.that means, constitution is supreme.there have been instances of tussle between high court of allahabad and govt of UP related to the suspension of a member which was set aside by the high court. the speaker refusing to accept court summons was issued an arrest warrant which the speaker cancelled using his power and instead issued arrest warrant against the division bunch judges who ordered the arrest warrants. at the end the supreme court intervened and made the petitioner withdraw his petition. similar case was reported in tamilnadu during dmk regime.however it is beyond doubt.higher courts have an upper hand.the goverment is headed by the governor and the council of ministers take decisions on behalf of governor.ministers as it is,have no power unless their decisions are authenticated by the governer. so let courts prevail
