    What happened to unnithan episode?

Is that not clear now that the unnithan episode was a cooked up incident hatched out of someone's conspiracy. The man faced it bravely and everything got buried in the soil even the people who raised the issue went behind the curtains. This is kerala politics. If a group of miscreants round up the chief minister and health minister when they are together and accuse adultery, where we will end up

    Urmilesh Bro,

The Unnithan Episode has been named under "Anaasasyam" in the kerala's law.

Rajmohan Unnithan was in a rented house with a women means it his own business, so no one should not enter in to his privacy as per anaasasyam, is it so ?

Even our Police don't know by which law code they file a case or punish them in indian law is not having a penal code exactly.

Anaasasyam as we say in kerala is coming under extra marital sex with mutual consent, so please take it as mutual and leave it.

:) that's Kerala buddy, even the overall india is like that in terms of punishable law and penal code.

    My final Verdict:

Go saleem,Go Go Urmilesh, Work hard to post some resources which eventaullay gives you well rewards.

    :(

As per penal code,1. consensual sex is not an offence.
    2. it is an offence when it is adultery where someone rents or owns a premise and provide women forsex for profit. The lessor of the premise is also offender in this case3. Rape/rape of minor, rape of backward class women etc falls under offence provided. the complainant is the victim or her parents in case of a minor girl
