Yes. but one or two tea per day especially green tea can have many health benefits. It reduces total cholesterol levels and improves the ratio of good cholesterol(HDL) to bad one(LDL). Green tea is rich in EGCG, a powerful anti-oxidant; it fights against cancer growth. As it lowers the LDL cholesterol level, it reduces the chances of heart attacks and strokes.
