CVJ should be given a chance to decide it by himself. If he surely believes that he is not a part of the 2G scam, he can continue his position, but should be kept away from all matters regarding the spectrum case. The subordinates under him, who investigate this case should be authorized to take any decisions regarding this case, without the concern of CVJ. Other ways, this investigation will be a just blunder..Just as giving keys to the robber.
