In addition to this, it has some nutritional factors like carbohydrates, dietary, calcium vitamin B etc. In this we are going to use freshly crushed Black Pepper for better flavour and aroma. Ingredients of Pepper Chicken


• Chicken – 1 KG
• Crushed black pepper – 2 ¼ table spoon
• Spoon
• Shallot – 15 Nos
• Garlic – 10 Cloves
• Ginger – 2 Inch Pieces
• Curry Leaves – 2 Springs
• Onion – 3 No's
• Tomato – 1 No's
• Lemon Juice – 1 Table Spoon
• Garam masala – 1 Tea Spoon
• Coriander Powder – 2 Tea Spoon
• Cooking Oil – 3 Table Spoon
• Turmeric powder – 1 Pinch
• Coconut Oil – 2 Table spoon
• Salt- For Taste

Methods to prepare the Pepper Chicken


STEP 1:
Wash the chicken completely and cut it into medium pieces.

STEP 2:
Mix the chicken pieces with 2 table spoon of crushed black pepper, turmeric powder,(1/2 Tea spoon ),Lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes and leave it aside

STEP 3:
Chop Onion, tomato, Garlic and ginger

STEP 4:
Heat 3 table spoon of cooking oil in a pan. Put Garlic, ginger and onion into a medium flame.

STEP 5:
When it turns brown turn the flame to low and add coriander powder. Garam masala and stir it completely for 1 minute well.

STEP 6:
With these combinations add the mixed chicken pieces, curry leaves and chopped tomato. Stir it occasionally for 5 minutes to coo it well in medium flame. Add ½ cup of water in a covered vessel to cook it fully.

STEP 7:
Again open the lid and continue cooking for few minutes to make the gravy thick. Add ¼ cup of water and cook it well.

STEP 8:
Then all done now transfer it to the serving plate and enjoy the pepper chicken. Black pepper rich in Flavor and aroma is used.

Tips to Get Good Results


1. Use Pepper powder instead of crushed pepper.
2. If don't have Garam masala don't worry simply add chicken masala and to avoid raw odor of chicken add vinegar or lemon juice to it.
