If you like to impress somebody with your cooking in dosa, you can prepare Cabbage Dosa in your house itself by following the below ingredients and preparation methods.
Ingredients of Cabbage Dosa
1 cup shredded Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
1/2 cup Rice flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 onion (chopped)
1 table-spoon grated ginger (adrak)
2 Green chilies (chopped)
a pinch of asafetida (Hing)
1 1/2 table-spoon Oil to make each dosa
salt to taste
Steps to prepare Batter
1. Boil the cabbage along with grated ginger. Exhaust the remaining water but don't throw it. And then grind cabbage to well paste.
2. Along with grinned cabbage paste mix all the above ingredients. Add drained cabbage water to prepare a medium thick batter. If you need, you can also use some cold water.
3. Cover up it and maintain at room temperature for 15 minutes before making dosa.
Preparation method of Cabbage Dosa
Step 1: Heat Dosa tava or non stick flat pan over medium to high fire. Spray few drops of water in the pan. Check dosa pan is perfectly heated or not.

Step 3: Now rub 1 table spoon of oil on the dosa pan. Take ½ cup of dosa batter and spread it appropriately in circle form on hot pan.
Step 4: After 2 minutes add ½ table spoon oil at the sides of dosa and then turn it to another side.
Step 5: Cook both sides until light brown color come into view.
Step 6: Now Hot Cabbage Dosa is prepared to serve with chutney.
