The egg sandwich can be consumed like a whole dish and also like a snack. It consists of vegetables as well as cheese. It is good for health. It has very good taste and pleasant flavour of egg. It is a very good diet to reduce weight. It can be consumed during morning breakfast along with any fresh juice. You can follow the below steps to prepare this egg sandwich.
Ingredients required for egg sandwich
1. Bread slices: 6-8
2. Butter: 6 tsp
3. Egg: 3
4. Onions: 2
5. Capsicum: 1
6. Potato: 1
7. Cheese: 2 tsp
8. Chopped Coriander Leaves: 2
9. Mayonnaise: 2 tsp
10. Green Chilies: 4
11. Pepper powder: as required
12. Salt: as required
Steps to prepare egg sandwich
Step 1: Boil eggs, cool it, remove the outer layer and keep it aside
Step 2: Boil potato, clean it and keep it aside.
Step 3: Finely chop boiled eggs, onion, green chili, capsicum and potato and keep it aside.
Step 4: Mix the chopped ingredients in a bowl
Step 5: Take six slices of bread and apply butter on each slice.
Step 6: Put some egg mixture in one bread slice and place the other bread over it.
Step 7: Put egg mixture on the next slice and cover it with other slice and so on.
Step 8: Arrange the slices like a building. If you want you can cut the slices into triangles.
Step 9: Serve the egg sandwich with sauce.
Extra tip: You can roast the bread lightly with butter for crispness.
